Our clients often entrust us with assembly tasks, including bonding components to form complete parts, attaching inserts and stand-offs, edge filling, mounting brackets and wire harnesses, and assembling kinematics and locking systems, all of which are tested and ready for installation in aircraft.
With increasing frequency, we are requested to supply fully assembled and painted parts. For example, we supply interior parts including pins, seals, and locks. We also supply electrical lighting and wire harnesses– which we test, and provide ready to install in the aircraft.
